Predicting Gentrification with Machine Learning
CGS Associate Director Eli Knaap will deliver a presentation on a new CGS paper on modeling gentrification through time and space at the upcoming “Predicting Gentrification with Machine Learning” conference hosted by the Berkeley Institute for Data Science
CGS Director Sergio Rey and Center Affiliate Janet Franklin will speak at the Distinguished Lecture Series for the Department of Geography at San Diego State University on February 4. Professor Franklin’s lecture will focus on Geospatial Data for Forecasting Global Change Impacts on Ecosystems, while Professor Rey’s will concentrate on Open GIScience.
CGS Affiliate Janet Franklin will be delivering the keynote address at this year’s Geocomputation conference,
and our director Serge Rey will be delivering a Spatial Data Science Workshop.
